The Telecommunications Association of Michigan was established in 1935 and has grown into

Michigan Alliance for High-Tech Skills Training
Michigan Alliance for High-Tech Skills Training, a business coalition, was formed by AT&T and
includes Capital Communications, Goodman Networks, Lineage Power, Quanta Services, Telecom
Technicians, and Henry Ford Community College. Michigan Alliance is an industry-led job
retraining program that helps displaced workers and interested students train for high-tech careers
in Michigan.
